This includes the popular “Tropic’s Explosion” and “Lights Out.” Chef Enor enhances the dining experience with traditional Caribbean dishes and shareable tapas. With seating for 40 indoors and 80 on the beach, Tropic’s Beach Bar also features live music events, making it a go-to destination for locals and visitors looking for a lively beachside atmosphere. Note: We’ve only had drinks here so far, as we arrived late in the day after the kitchen had closed. Calmos Café, set on the scenic beach of Grand Case in Saint Martin, has been a cherished local gem since it first opened in 1996. After being heavily damaged by Hurricane Irma in 2017, the café underwent significant renovations and proudly reopened in early 2023, reclaiming its role as a beloved gathering spot in Grand Case.
